## After Action Review in short

1. **Gather the team.** Everyone who worked on the project, 60 to 90 minutes, safe space.
2. **Ask the four questions.** What was planned? What happened? Why the difference? What will we do differently?
3. **Look at the collaboration.** Communication, conflicts, sponsorship. How did we work together?
4. **Fill Start, Stop, Continue.** One sticky note per idea, then cluster and agree on the top items.
5. **Share the lessons.** Update templates and checklists, send a one-page summary to sponsors and peers.
