## Brainwriting 6-3-5 in short

1. **Frame the question.** One root cause, phrased as “How might we …?”
2. **Hand out the sheets.** Six people, one sheet each. Fewer people work too.
3. **Write three ideas.** Five minutes, in silence. Short and concrete.
4. **Pass and build.** Pass the sheet clockwise. Add, combine or improve what is there.
5. **Harvest.** After six rounds, collect all ideas on the Long List. No judging yet.
