## Rollout Plan in short

1. **Plan the sequence.** Which areas, in which order, by when. Start where support is strongest.
2. **Share the evidence.** Pilot data and testimonials, including what went wrong.
3. **Train at the Gemba.** Pilot participants train their peers. Hands-on, not by PDF.
4. **Verify the skill.** Trainers observe the new process and confirm it stuck.
5. **Make it the standard.** Update SOPs, install visuals and Poka-Yoke, retire the old tools.
