Schreibe auf, was geliefert wird \u2013 zum Beispiel Bestellungen, Teile, Freigaben oder Daten.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Liste deine Outputs auf.<\/strong> Trage rechts alle ein, die etwas von dir erhalten \u2013 egal ob intern oder extern. Schreibe auf, was du an sie lieferst.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Beschrifte jede Verbindung nach der Flussart.<\/strong> Ziehe f\u00fcr jede Verbindung eine Linie und markiere sie als Materialfluss, Informationsfluss oder Finanzfluss. Nutze am besten drei verschiedene Farben.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Markiere die Schwachstellen.<\/strong> Frage bei jeder Linie: L\u00e4uft das zuverl\u00e4ssig? Markiere jede Verbindung mit Verz\u00f6gerungen, Fehlern, fehlenden Infos oder Nacharbeit. Halte kurz fest, was genau schiefgeht.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>W\u00e4hle eine Verbindung aus, die du verbessern willst.<\/strong> W\u00e4hle die Schwachstelle, die am meisten schmerzt oder die meisten Menschen betrifft.
