Nutze deine FMEA oder Fehlerdaten.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Finde heraus, wo er entsteht.<\/strong> Geh zu dem Schritt, an dem der Fehler gemacht wird \u2013 nicht dorthin, wo er gefunden wird.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Frage: K\u00f6nnen wir ihn verhindern?<\/strong> Form, Reihenfolge, Systemregel. Mache den falschen Weg unm\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Falls nicht: Erkenne ihn sofort.<\/strong> Sensor, Z\u00e4hlung, Farbe, Alarm.
