## Define Tollgate Checklist in short

1. **Go through the checklist.** Tick off each point only if you have a concrete result, not just an idea.
2. **Close the gaps.** Go back to the relevant topic for every point you cannot tick.
3. **Prepare a short summary.** One page or a few slides: problem, goal, scope, team, COPQ, milestones.
4. **Hold the review.** Present your results and ask for open questions.
5. **Get the sign-off.** The sponsor’s signature on the charter is your green light for Measure.
