## Measure Tollgate Checklist in short

1. **Go through the checklist.** Tick a point only if you have a concrete result.
2. **Close the gaps.** Go back to the matching step for every open point.
3. **Prepare a short summary.** Map, cascade, data plan, MSA result, key charts, baseline.
4. **Hold the review.** Walk your sponsor or coach through the evidence.
5. **Get the go.** Agree that the data is solid enough for Analyze.
