Impact on the root cause gets the highest weight.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Score each idea.<\/strong> 1 = poor, 5 = excellent. For cost: 5 = cheapest.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Multiply and add.<\/strong> Score \u00d7 weight, summed per idea.
