Hello everyone! I'm Stefan, the founder and owner of SKILLAGILITY. For me, learning isn't just a task, it's a genuine passion, and I've been fortunate enough to turn that passion into my profession as a learning designer. My journey began with over two decades immersed in continuous improvement within operations. This foundation led to a wonderful opportunity in 2010 to become an associate lecturer for the MBA program at the Open University Business School, all while continuing my work. Two years later, driven by a desire to focus fully on people development, I took the leap and established my own business. Here, I design and deliver in-house training programs centered around continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma. My own commitment to continuous development has naturally expanded my expertise and offerings over the years. Now, an exciting new chapter is unfolding as I open up my successful corporate development programs to a broader audience, giving rise to the idea of **The SKILLAGILITY Hub**. And this brings us to where we are today: building a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for continuous improvement through the ongoing acquisition of new skills.
