Two schools. One project. Nobody translating.
One school only
Most trainings teach either the classic way or Scrum. Real projects need both, and nobody shows you how to combine them.
Talking past each other
One side plans milestones, the other plans sprints. Same project, two languages, and far too many meetings about who is right.
A certificate, but no project
Multiple-choice exams test definitions. Whether you can actually lead a project from idea to handover stays unanswered.
This course teaches both schools and the translator between them, and you apply everything to a real project of your own, from the first idea to the handover.
Learning powered by your own project
Your workplace
You learn where the projects are: with your stakeholders, your team and your deadlines.
Your project
A real project of your own carries you through all five phases, from project profile to handover.
The course
Short lessons, toolkits and a community of fellow learners, plus live Study Halls and 1:1 coaching whenever your project needs more.
The SKILLSTER way: Instant application. Lasting success.
Learning that doesn’t leave you alone
Visual, bite-sized lessons
Short units with clear diagrams and one real case you follow from idea to handover.
An activity after every concept
Apply it to your project, share your result, discuss with peers or reflect on your learning.
Coaching when you need it
Book 1:1 sessions at any phase, or add a Coaching Pack for your whole project.
A certificate that counts
Your project portfolio is reviewed with written feedback. Your certificate proves you can lead a project, not just that you passed a test.
4 live Study Halls
With Collaborate: no lectures. You bring your questions, and we work through them with extra examples and exercises.
An active community
Share progress, ask questions and learn from classic and agile colleagues working on their own projects.
Toolkit included
Templates, checklists and cheat sheets for every phase, classic and agile, that you keep using afterwards.
Your own pace
Short units fit into a busy working week. Your project sets the rhythm, not a seminar calendar.

Is your idea a real project?
Answer five quick questions. If you can say yes to all of them, your idea is a real project and a great practice case for this course.
Not sure yet? Bring your idea to the Kick-off Study Hall, or book a 30-minute 1:1 session and we check it together.
- 1Does it have a clear start and a clear end?No → it’s ongoing operations
- 2Is the result new, not routine work?No → standardize the process instead
- 3Does it need several people or teams? No → a personal task list will do
- 4Is something still uncertain: requirements, technology or approach? No → a simple plan may be enough
- 5Can you work on it over the next three months? No → pick a smaller project
14 lessons, two schools, five phases
Each phase ends with a short knowledge check and a checklist for your project. Want a second pair of eyes? Add a 1:1 session with your coach.

Frequently asked questions
Getting started
Do I need prior knowledge of project management?
No. The course starts with the basics of both schools. Experienced project managers benefit most from the hybrid part and the translator between both worlds.
What is the difference between Core and Collaborate?
Both give you the full course, interactive engagement with the community, all toolkits and 12 months of access. Core lets you start any time and learn entirely at your own pace. Collaborate adds a cohort start, 4 live Study Halls and the review for your certificate, and opens the option to continue toward Black Belt.
Do I need my own project?
Yes, and that’s the point. Your project is the vehicle for everything you learn. In Collaborate, the Kick-off Study Hall helps you shape it. With Core, you can book a 1:1 session with your coach whenever you like.
What if I don’t have a suitable project yet?
Start with the five-question check above. Most participants find a good candidate in their own work, for example a system rollout, a reorganization or a product launch. Still unsure? Book a 30-minute 1:1 session and we look at your ideas together.
When can I start?
Collaborate cohorts start twice a year, in February and September. Core starts whenever you are ready.
Time and pace
How much time do I need?
Around 30 hours including your project work, roughly 2 to 3 hours per week over about three months.
What if I finish earlier?
No problem. You move through the phases at your own speed. In Collaborate, the cohort plan only sets the dates for the Study Halls. If you’re ahead of the group, bring your questions to the next Study Hall or book a 1:1 session.
What if my project stalls?
It happens: priorities shift or a sponsor changes. That’s not a failure. You decide whether to pause, adjust the scope or continue with a different project, and a 1:1 session with your coach can help you make that call.
How long do I have access?
You have 12 months of access to the course and to all SKILLAGILITY toolkits, including every update. If your project takes longer, we simply extend your access free of charge.
Support
What if I get stuck?
You’re never on your own: a community of fellow learners, toolkits for every phase, live Study Halls with Collaborate, and 1:1 coaching you can book whenever you need it.
Do I have to attend the Study Halls?
No, they’re optional, but highly recommended. Study Halls are part of Collaborate. Each Study Hall runs three times on the same day, in German and in English, and all Study Halls are recorded.
What happens in the Kick-off Study Hall?
At the start of your cohort, we put the foundations into practice: the hybrid translator and tailoring. You bring your project idea, and together we sharpen goal and approach.
Which language is the course in?
Everything is available in English and German: course materials, toolkits, Study Halls and coaching.
Certificate and price
Which certificate do I receive?
After completing your project portfolio and passing the review with written feedback, you receive the Modern Project Management certificate by SKILLAGILITY. The review is included in Collaborate and available as an add-on with Core.
Does the course prepare me for PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications?
The course covers PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, HERMES and the Scrum Guide. It is not an official exam preparation, but a solid foundation if you want to take an external certification later.
What does the course cost?
Core costs €297, Collaborate €897, plus VAT where applicable. You can add a certificate review (€147, included in Collaborate) and a Coaching Pack with 6 × 30 minutes (€450). Company cohorts are priced on request. You can also pay in interest-free monthly installments: 2 installments for amounts up to €500, 3 installments above.
How do I book coaching and my certificate review?
Directly on your course page, in the section “Coaching & certificate review”. A course coaching session (30 min) costs €150, with 50 % off for course participants. With the Coaching Pack, the certificate review or Collaborate, you receive a personal code by e-mail after purchase: pick a time and enter the code at checkout.
What if a cohort does not fill up?
Collaborate starts with at least 4 participants. If a cohort does not fill up, you can move to the next cohort or switch to Core and get the price difference refunded.
Can my company book the course for a team?
Yes. With Corporate, your organization gets its own cohort, with Study Hall dates that suit your team and optional live or on-site sessions. Contact us for a tailored offer.
Can I cancel?
After booking, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
