We believe business excellence isn’t a department — it’s what happens when strategy, culture, and process pull in the same direction instead of competing for attention. B100 is a guided walk through the three phases of Business Excellence: Craft a Winning Strategy, Align People and Culture, and Streamline the Process Landscape.
Each of the nine steps pairs a short reflection with a named, established framework — PESTLE and SWOT for strategy, Kotter and Schein for change and culture, Kata Coaching and Generative Listening for people, Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma for process. Nothing invented for the occasion. These are the same frameworks used in the deeper Business Excellence courses, so what you reflect on here, you can act on immediately — and go deeper on whenever you’re ready.
The course opens with a check-in (“Start with an Intent in Mind!”) and closes with a check-out (“Done? Not yet!”) — because building lasting value is never really finished, only paused at a good point before the next cycle.
