About me
Stefan Lachmann
Process expert, coach and lecturer. I help organisations improve themselves – and make sure the knowledge stays in-house.
I have worked in Operational Excellence for more than 20 years. After years in industry, including at Dräger, I became self-employed in 2012. Since then I have supported organisations mainly in logistics, supply chain and operations with training, workshops and coaching.
What drives me: too often I have seen consultants’ knowledge disappear on the last day of a project. That is why I work so that your people can carry on by themselves.
“Knowledge belongs in the heads of your own people – not in a consultant’s binders.”
Knowledge management has been my common thread since my diploma thesis. Organisations improve sustainably when they develop their own people instead of bringing in consultants again and again. That is what I work for – and I am happy to make myself redundant along the way.
Three roles, one attitude
Trainer and coach
In-house training, workshops, team and 1:1 coaching for organisations – and as an associate for training and consulting firms.
SKILLAGILITY
My learning platform for brain-friendly learning that is fun: online courses, toolkits and a community, so that learning arrives in daily work.
